How PRT Scoring Works
The Navy Physical Readiness Test (PRT) consists of three events: Push-ups, Forearm Plank, and 1.5 Mile Run. Your raw scores are converted into a point value (0-100) based on your age and gender. The average of these three scores determines your overall PRT score and performance category.
Performance Categories

| Excellent | 75 - 89 |
| Good | 60 - 74 |
| Satisfactory | 50 - 59 |
