Calculation Method
The Body Mass Index (BMI) is calculated as weight (kg) divided by height squared (m²). It is a widely used screening method for weight category.
BMI Categories (WHO)

| Underweight | < 18.5 | Risk of nutritional deficiency |

How to Use

- Enter your 'Height' and 'Weight'.

- Check your weight category against the reference table below.
Tips
- BMI is a screening tool and does not distinguish between muscle and fat.
- Athletes with high muscle mass may have a high BMI but not be overweight.
