About the Air Force PT Test
The US Air Force Physical Fitness Assessment (PFA) is designed to evaluate the physical fitness of Air Force personnel. The test consists of three main components: 1 minute of push-ups (upper body strength), 1 minute of sit-ups (core strength), and a 1.5-mile run (cardiorespiratory endurance). The maximum possible score is 100, with a passing score of 75. Additionally, minimum component requirements must be met for each event.

How to Use
- Select your gender (Male/Female) and age group (18-60+).
- Enter the number of push-ups and sit-ups completed in 1 minute.
- Enter the time for the 1.5-mile run (minutes and seconds).

Tips
You must meet the Component Minimums for each event to pass.
