TDEE Calculation
Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) is calculated by multiplying your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) by an activity factor. Formula: TDEE = BMR × Activity Factor.

Men: BMR = (10 × weight kg) + (6.25 × height cm) - (5 × age) + 5
