How It Works
The Tip Calculator helps you determine the tip amount and total bill based on the bill amount and tip percentage. If splitting the bill, it also calculates the share for each person.
Formulas
The formulas used are:
- Tip Amount = Bill Amount × (Tip Percentage / 100)
- Total Bill = Bill Amount + Tip Amount
- Amount Per Person = Total Bill / Number of People
