Tip: This tool is suitable for quick "version comparison/clause change" checks; for complex contracts, it's recommended to first digitize (copy body or OCR) then compare.
How to Use
- Paste or upload the "Base Contract Text" (original version) on the left.
- Add or upload the "New Version Contract Text" (revised version) on the right.
- The system will automatically compare line by line and highlight differences (green for additions, red for deletions) in the bottom right.
- Supports batch uploading of multiple versions; click different versions in the "Version List" to switch views.
Tips & FAQ
- Supports uploading .txt, .md, .pdf files (PDF text is automatically extracted).
- The "Ignore trailing whitespace" option helps avoid false positives due to space or newline differences.
- All comparison processes are done locally in your browser; contract content is never uploaded to a server.
- For scanned PDFs (images), please use an OCR tool to convert them to editable text before using this tool.
