WebM export depends on browser support for MediaRecorder/captureStream. WAV export decodes and re-encodes and may take longer for large files.
How to Use
- Click 'Choose file' to upload an audio or video file.
- Check or listen to the media in the 'Preview' section.
- Select 'Output format': WebM (real-time) for video, or WAV for audio only.
- Click 'Start transcoding' and wait for the process to finish.
- Click 'Download' to save the converted file.
Tips
- WebM transcoding uses the browser's MediaRecorder API for fast, local processing.
- WAV export is lossless and ideal for editing, but may take longer for large files.
